ServicesLight Jet Charter
Light Jet Charter in Mooresville
A light jet carries a small group quickly and quietly on regional trips, without the cost of a larger cabin you won't use. We plan each flight around your passengers, bags and timing, then give you one all-inclusive quote by phone.

Choosing a Light Jet for Your Trip
This class of aircraft does its best work on shorter regional hops with a handful of travelers. A typical cabin holds four to seven people, and a comfortable stretch in the air runs one to three hours. That window covers much of the business and family travel leaving the Indianapolis area. Because it flies at jet speed and jet altitude, the ride stays above a good deal of the weather that slows smaller planes.
What you give up is room. The cabin is narrow, you won't stand fully upright, and the baggage hold fills fast, so small choices carry more weight here than on a bigger jet. Before we name an aircraft, we ask about your bags, whether a lavatory on board matters, and how long the longest leg will be. When the fit would be tight, we tell you plainly and quote a midsize jet charter or a turboprop charter instead.

What Your Light Jet Charter Includes
- 01
Aircraft matched to the trip
We weigh cabin size, range and baggage space against your plans. A four-person day trip and a family of six with ski bags call for different aircraft, even inside the light jet class.
- 02
An all-inclusive quote
Flight time, fuel, crew and the usual trip fees are all part of the number we give you. No hidden costs arrive in a bill weeks later.
- 03
Charged only for what you fly
Pricing is point to point, so each leg you book is the leg you pay for. Fly one way and you never pay round trip pricing for a return you have no use for.
- 04
FBO coordination
Your departure runs through a private terminal, called an FBO. You park close to the aircraft, arrive a short while before wheels up and board without airline lines.
- 05
Cabin details handled ahead
Catering, ground transport at the destination and seating are settled before the day. Pets are allowed, and we add them to the trip notes so the crew is ready.
Questions about Light Jet Charter?
Call(317) 743-2684When a Light Jet Makes Sense
A party of two to six
A few travelers with ordinary luggage ride well in this cabin. Add more people and comfort fades fast.
The flight is under three hours
Regional meetings, college visits and weekend getaways fall well within a light jet's range, usually with no stop.
Airline connections waste the day
Flying commercial often adds a connection somewhere, or an early drive to a big airport just to catch the first flight out. Going direct by charter can fold a two-day trip into a single day.
You need to leave on your schedule
On demand charter lets you pick the departure time and shift plans when a meeting runs long.
Your destination has a smaller airport
Light jets need less runway than larger aircraft, which opens up airports closer to where you are actually going.
How We Plan Your Flight
- 1
A conversation by phone
Tell us the dates, the airports or towns you have in mind, the number of passengers and what you're carrying. We answer the phone 24/7, and planning can also happen by video if that is easier.
- 2
Aircraft options and a quote
We narrow the light jet options to the ones that suit the trip and explain the differences in plain terms. You get one all-inclusive quote with each leg listed.
- 3
Trip details confirmed
Once you book, we confirm the FBO, departure time, catering, pets and ground transport, then send passenger names to the operator.
- 4
Departure day
You drive to the FBO, meet the crew and board. Bags go in as planned, since we checked weight and size in advance.
What Moves the Price of a Light Jet
Light jets are among the more economical jets to charter, but no two trips price the same. Your quote depends on the aircraft, the route and the timing. We explain each line so you can see where the money goes.
- Flight time and routing
- Longer legs use more fuel and more crew duty time. A route flown nonstop generally comes in lower than one that has to pause for fuel.
- Where the aircraft starts
- Sometimes the closest jet that suits your trip sits at another airport, and flying it in to pick you up shows in the total. With point to point pricing, that leg is listed where you can see it.
- Overnights and wait time
- Trips spanning several days can include crew hotel stays and parking for the aircraft at the destination.
- Season and demand
- Holiday weekends and big event dates thin out availability. Calling early leaves more aircraft to choose from.
- Airport and FBO fees
- Landing, parking and handling charges differ from one airport to the next, and they sit inside your all-inclusive quote.
Common Questions About Light Jets
What is the seating capacity of a light jet?
Most models carry between four and seven passengers. Comfort depends on how much luggage comes along and how long you are in the air, so for longer legs we usually suggest a lighter load to keep everyone at ease.
What are the baggage limits?
On most models, count on one carry-on and one medium suitcase per passenger. Skis, golf clubs and big hard cases have to be planned ahead. Let us know what you are packing and we will check it against the hold.
Can we bring our dog?
Pets are allowed. Tell us on the call how many are coming and how large they are, and we will inform the operator and work out where they ride.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
WIFI equipped aircraft can be arranged. If you need to stay connected, mention it when we talk and we will quote only aircraft that offer it.
Is a return flight required?
It is not. We price point to point, so a one-way trip is quoted as one leg, and you never pay round trip pricing for a flight home you do not take.
Is there a lavatory on board?
That varies by model. Some have a closed lavatory with a door, others a small seat behind a curtain, and a handful of the smallest have none at all. When the longest leg goes beyond about two hours, we favor aircraft that have one.
